Terms of sale and licence.
What you buy, what you can do with it, and what happens each year. Short, in plain words. Version 1.0, in force from the day you buy.
1. Who sells it, and who gives the licence
Stripe sells it to you. Design Superpowers is sold through Link, Stripe's checkout, with Stripe as the seller (the merchant of record): Stripe takes your payment, charges and pays the VAT, and sends your receipts, which say “Sold through Link”. Your card statement shows LINK.COM*.
The licence comes from us, Design Superpowers. These terms are that licence and what we promise you. Email hello@designsuperpowers.com. Stripe runs your account, where you cancel or move up.
2. What you buy
Design Superpowers: a file you add to Claude, made by Anthropic, that makes Claude design presentations in your company's look, or your own. You get:
- the file, to keep;
- every new version and every new job it learns for 12 months from the day you buy;
- then, each year, another 12 months of new versions, renewing by itself (section 5).
What it needs. A paid Claude plan (Pro, Max, Team or Enterprise) with code execution on, on the Claude website or desktop app, as Claude is on the day you buy. It doesn't work on Claude's free plan, in ChatGPT or in Microsoft Copilot today. We are not Anthropic and don't control Claude; see section 8.
What it does. You give it your material and, if you have it, your website, logo or brand guide. It hands back a designed presentation as a file that plays in any browser, and a PDF on request. Each version is a first version from an AI: check it before you present.
3. The three sizes
| Size | Who may use it | Price a year |
|---|---|---|
| Just me | One person | $99 |
| Team | Up to 20 people in one company or organisation | $199 |
| Company | Everyone employed by one company or organisation | $499 |
Prices include VAT and are the same for everyone, in US dollars. Anyone can buy: a company or a private person.
Sold on trust. You tell us the size; we don't count. A team or company file has your company's name and its size written in it. Please buy the size you use. If you grow, move up (section 6).
4. The licence
- You may use the file, and copies of it, within your size. You may read it, keep it, and change it for your own use.
- You may not sell it, give it to people outside your size, or publish it.
- What you make with it is yours. We claim nothing in your presentations, and we never receive them.
- The file and its instructions are ours. Updates from us replace your changes if you upload them.
5. Renewal and cancelling
- It renews by itself each year on the date you bought it, at the price shown at checkout. You get a reminder by email at least 30 days before, with the date and the price.
- Cancel any time in your account (the link is in every receipt) or by writing to hello@designsuperpowers.com. Nothing more is charged after that.
- When you cancel, you keep the version you have. It keeps working. New versions stop at the end of the year you paid for.
- If our price changes, you hear at least 30 days before your renewal, and you can cancel before it renews. A price never changes inside a year you have paid for.
6. Moving up
Move from Just me to Team, or from Team to Company, at any time in your account. You pay the difference for the rest of your year: from Just me to Team halfway through the year, that is about $50. Stripe charges it either at once or with your next renewal, and your account shows which. The bigger size is yours from the moment you move up. Your renewal date stays the same, and from then on it renews at the new size's price. Then ask the designer to “make this for my team”.
7. Refunds and cooling-off
- Where the law gives you a cooling-off period, such as the right of withdrawal many consumers have, Stripe, as the seller, applies it.
- Stripe may also refund a purchase within 60 days in some cases, under its own rules.
- Beyond that, we don't refund a change of mind. If it doesn't work, section 8 applies.
8. If it doesn't work
- We fix it. If the designer doesn't do what we say it does, tell us what you see. We fix it, usually in the next version, and keep it working with Claude through the year you paid for.
- If we can't fix it in reasonable time, you get your money back for the current year.
- Claude is Anthropic's. If Anthropic changes Claude so the designer can't work, we tell you and do our best to make it work again. If we can't, the refund above applies.
- Our responsibility is limited to the price paid for the current year, except where the law doesn't allow a limit, for example for gross negligence or your rights as a consumer. We are not responsible for decisions made from a presentation; check every version before you use it.
9. Your data
What we hold and why: Privacy. We never receive your presentations, your files or your brand: Security and data.
10. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms for new purchases and renewals. We tell you at least 30 days before a change applies to you, and you can cancel before it does.
11. Law and complaints
- Norwegian law applies. If you buy as a consumer, you also keep the protection the law where you live gives you.
- Complaints first to hello@designsuperpowers.com. For a payment or a refund, write to us too, and we take it up with Stripe.
